Rural Roots Health Initiative works because local people — like you — make it possible. We keep it simple, respectful, and 100% community-rooted. Whether you’re a teacher, student, nurse, or neighbor, there’s a way to help.
Ways to Help 💝🎁
Host a Wellness Closet
If you’re a teacher, counselor, or school leader, we’d love to pilot a Wellness Closet in your school. We provide discreet bins stocked with free essentials like deodorant, soap, period products, and dental kits — so students can take what they need, no questions asked.
Volunteer or Start a Chapter
Students can help restock supplies, run needs surveys, or design youth-friendly health flyers. We’ll support you every step of the way.
Partner as a Health Volunteer
Are you a local nurse, clinic, or health worker? Join us for pop-up wellness days at schools to offer basic checkups, health Q&A sessions, or short workshops on hygiene and mental wellness.
Donate Supplies or Funds
Every product or dollar stays local — nothing fancy, just practical help for real students. We welcome donations of hygiene items, printing support for flyers, or small funds for closets.
